The hotel's position was marvellous and lovely, in a convenient area. The breakfast was exceptionally good with yogurt and also fresh juice, we were pleasantly surprised.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was so close to everything but still in a very quiet area. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were fantastic, with a cozy sitting area, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Food was appetising and I have nothing but truly memorable memories from this trip. The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a very quiet area, so close to cliffs, mansions, center of town. The room was absolutely spotless and spacious with a king size bed. All the stuff was very welcoming and exceptional, resolved my issues. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Audrain Auto Museum.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

The hotel was beautiful, truly enjoyed garden view from our suite. The room was very large, lovely bed. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, everything was nice. The location was ideal for Newport, adjacent to cliffs, mansions, center of town, Bellevue Avenue and all the bars, restaurants and the mansions on the cliff.

We stayed at this charming B&B for one night and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the wharf and a short drive to the famous Vanderbilt mansions. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was top-notch, with made-to-order eggs, French toast, and fresh fruit. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis with comfortable seating and beautiful landscaping. We can't wait to return for a longer stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, the owners friendly but not obtrusive, the breakfast was good - lots of fresh fruit, etc. Excellent location for tennis tournaments and visiting the mansions.

This was such a nice romantic place for my husband and I. The staff was wonderful explaining all the nice places to see. The owners were so pleasant and wonderful. It was expensive for us, but it was worth every dollar. They are close enough to shops to walk and away enough not to be in the congestion. Wonderful place, would definately go back again.

The breakfast was filling and well balanced, with delicious options like quiche, sausage, and fruit with fresh avocado.

We felt so at home during our stay that there was nothing to complain about.

I had the most amazing stay at this charming inn! The decor was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful blend of nautical and classic elements. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and downtown area. The amenities were top-notch, with a spacious garden to relax and a cozy she shed for drinks and entertainment. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with freshly made dishes and delightful coffee. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience even more special. I had a flawless stay and can't wait to return!

It was a beautifully restored older house and grounds. Relaxing gardens, great breakfast made fresh and served, rooms were beautiful and decorated with antiques but modern bathrooms and amenities. Very charming and friendly. Great location. We could walk to the houses, cliff walk and the wharf.
